The mechanics of a round

What 97% RTP does and does not promise
Return to player is a long-run average of the model, not a schedule. At 97% the design returns ₱97 for every ₱100 staked once the sample is large enough — which in practice means millions of rounds across all players, not your evening. Over 50 rounds the spread around that average is enormous in both directions, and that spread is the entire product.
It follows that no reading of previous multipliers helps. Each round's stopping point is drawn independently, so a sequence of eight low results carries no information about the ninth. Systems built on that idea are the most reliable way to lose faster, not a trick to win — there is no such trick.
Auto-cash-out and why it exists
Manual cash-out depends on reaction time and connection latency, and on a mobile network that is a real cost. Auto-cash-out lets you fix the exit multiplier before the round starts — set 1.50x and the bet closes there whether or not you are looking at the screen. Combined with the 2 bet slots, the standard pattern is a low auto-exit on one slot to recover the stake and a manual, longer run on the other.
